ABOUT THE ROLE: Timely entry of purchase invoices & expense claimsProcessing a variety of credit notesBank and Credit card reconciliationsEnsuring all required reports are produced and submitted on timeProactively dealing with problems and assisting in process improvementsVerification of supplier accounts and reconciliation of monthly statements and associated transactionsEnsuring appropriate approval of all invoicesManaging payments to suppliers, checking PO numbers, managing checks and resolving inconsistencies & supplier QueriesSOX Compliance & assisting with VAT reportingSupport finance manager as requiredABOUT THE PERSON: Experience working in Accounts PayableExperience working with an ERP SystemExperience working as part of a team in a Finance DepartmentStrong communication skills and ability to interact well with management and key internal stakeholders.Customer Experience Specialist-Accounts & Payroll
