Our client, a regulatory body in Dublin 2 are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
The successful candidate will be working in Accounts Receivable to ensure that all fee income and receipts are processed accurately.€33,756Hybrid working options (2-3 working remotely)Offices centrally located in Dublin 22 Days Annual LeaveMaternity cover contract Responsibilities: Manage the invoicing and reconciliation of receipts.Manage income spreadsheets.Assist with debtor queries.Working to reduce debtor balances.Provide cover for processing of daily invoices and bank transactions.Assist in the development and updating of SOPs within the Accounts section Experience & Knowledge: Minimum of 2 years experience in a finance environmentHave excellent attention to detail and accuracy, combined with excellent numeracy skillsExcellent Excel knowledge
