Accounts Technician/Experienced Bookkeeper

We are currently looking for an Accounts technician/experienced Bookkeeper  to join the finance team.
As a growing company, we are looking to expand our finance team.
This role is on a full-time basis.
  Your new role: Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Ownership of a portfolio of entities within the group.
Manage a junior member of staff Liaise with internal & external auditors Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions.
Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
Performing balance sheet reconciliations and other control procedures Review & prepare VAT returns Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense claims.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
What you will need: Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
Need to have exams or part of exams done.
Either accounts technican or ACCA Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance are desirable.
