About the roleOur Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut across the globe. Each area of the department works like special forces: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments with a super solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed.
We're looking for an Acquiring Products Sales Executive to build and drive a sales pipeline for our range of innovative, e-commerce focused payment solutions. A professional who'll bring their product expertise to our Sales team and help close complex sales opportunities.
Someone to operate independently, share Revolut's Acquiring Products with new prospects, and cross-sell to our existing base of businesses. A high energy, motivated individual who enjoys a challenge whilst acting with integrity at all times.
What you'll be doingBuilding and closing a pipeline of customers by prospecting directly across our existing base of Revolut Business customers, using other tools to outbound.Communicating the value proposition to prospective customers by using a solution-based approach to identify issues with their current payment providers.Building confidence and expertise in payments across your aligned sales team by sharing knowledge to maximise acquiring prospects in the pipeline.Meeting and exceeding the targets set by sales management in line with the Growth team KPIs.Contacting prospective customers from a defined territory/vertical to discuss Revolut's payments features.Developing the team's skills so they can develop expertise in positioning products and features to customers.What you'll needFluency in English and French.Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone.1+ years of experience in the full sales cycle.Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in payment products.A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture.Nice to haveExperience working in the payments industry.Experience selling to merchants or working with e-commerce clients.Get what you need to succeedFinancial benefits that show we value your work.Flexibility to work from home, the office or abroad.A free Revolut Metal subscription loaded with perks.Exciting events year-round so you can get to know your team.
