For you: The chance to work with Northern Ireland's largest social housing provider.Be part of a project to improve people's quality of life through secure housing schemes.Be supported with access to first class training and continued development.Responsibilities: Verification of tenancy related information for Universal Credit Housing Cost and Rate Rebate Claims via the accurate provision of data using internal information systems and online portals.Processing Third Party Payment applications and managing notifications to internal stakeholders.Accurately updating systems in regard to claims and applications, ensuring changes are communicated to internal stakeholders.Analysing spreadsheet data and verifying it against information recorded on systems related to Universal Credit and Welfare Supplementary payments.Establishing and maintaining user accounts for internal systems, including setting up new Benefit and Budget Calculator accounts, maintaining a record of accounts assigned for the purpose of management, and responding to requests for accounts as required.General office support duties such as answering phone calls and email enquiries, updating spreadsheets and databases, filing and archiving documents.Requirements: At least one year of experience within a similar position.
