Position Description This position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop/enhance the following skills:
In-depth knowledge of ESB Networks businessStrong Customer Service orientationUse of IT applications such as SAP, Excel, Sharepoint, Word etc.Key Responsibilities Work in accordance with agreed guidelines, policies and proceduresProviding excellent customer service to all Networks customersWork as part of a multi-functional team and support all units nationallyShare knowledge and skills openly with other members of the teamReporting – Support the efficient running of the Business by providing reportsFacilitate and support others in achievement of team goals and contribute positively to the development of the team and selfProviding clerical/project support to Network Supervisors, Project Leaders, and ManagersDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changeAnalysis of all Work Programmes from a delivery perspectiveResponsible for Sharepoint workflows and maintenance of Data.Monitor and report on completion of critical Programme items that have been prioritised for completion.
i.e., Continuity Programme.Look for internal best practice and better ways of process management.Ensure Business Support performance is monitored and highlighted to enable delivery of Work Programme 24 and future programmes.Working as part of a flexible team, the successful candidate will be involved with all aspects of the above work.
Experience and Qualifications Either 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience.Working knowledge of and competency in the use of IT systems such as SAP, SAP ISU, FMIS, PHR.Good communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer focus.Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and appropriate attention to detailA flexible approach to workingAn ability to work as part of a team.Financial awareness of jobs planned vs actual costs, Date Management & Job ClosureLocation Fermoy, Co. Cork.
While training attendance in the office will be required 5 days a week and when training is complete a minimum of 3 days per week will be a requirement of this role.

The successful candidate may work flexibly within their jurisdiction with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration on at least one anchor day per week.
All smart working arrangements are subject to manager approval and ongoing review, based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the individual.
Reporting to The successful candidate will report to the Business Support Supervisor, Delivery Support.
