Our client, a large, global pharmaceutical company, is looking for additional support in their Order Management department.
THE ROLE In this role you will be a primary contact for business to business (B2B) customers, ensuring that their orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
High attention to detail is essential as administrative tasks are crucial to this role. Customer service is a large part of your responsibility; however, this role does not involve working with a ticketing system. You will assist through calls and emails while processing orders and other everyday tasks. Hence, good prioritization and multitasking skills are essential.
THE CANDIDATE We are looking for German speakers who genuinely care about people, have good communication skills, and possess near fluency in English. Any previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable but not mandatory. A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are key.

THE OTHER BITS Salary is €16.41 per hour, with 37.5 hours per week, which is approx. €32,640 per year (before tax).
Contract will be with Cpl. Initially fixed term, but with a strong possibility of extension or turning into a permanent one. You'll be working Monday to Friday, regular office hours (8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm).
There is a hybrid model in place: 3 days per week from the office in Dublin 22, and 2 days from home.
