Administration & Events Executive

A super opportunity for an enterprising graduate or individual.
The ideal candidate should have a friendly, outgoing and pro-active approach to working collaboratively with the Management team.
The primary role of the Admin & Events Executive Manage all aspects of the day to day enquiries.
Schedule and plan the digital media across all channels Process payments/deposits for bookings.
Grow and retain the existing customer base.
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the companies CRM or other sales management systems in line with current GDPR requirements from initial enquiry.
Submit weekly progress reports.
Attend training courses when required.
Education Fluent English both written & spoken Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel essential Hotel/Bar/Restaurant experience would be an advantage as this role is for a Gastro Bar and Restaurant Please note: Only candidates with the desired experience will be responded to for this position Skills: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office team player
