TTM are currently recruiting for Administrative Assistant to join our Clinical Service team in our HQ in Ennis, Co. Clare.
Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence Engagement, co-ordination of reporting process with multi-disciplinary team and families scheduling appointments Collecting, formatting, and collating of clinical individual and summary reports Ensuring a high-quality standard of reports Compliance data regulation and management Adhering to GDPR policies and procedures Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone. Requirements: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other administrative tools Previous experience in healthcare administration is a bonus but not required Why Work with TTM: Wellbeing - Up to 27 days' annual leave, with additional leave for those with 5+ and 10+ years' service.
