Position: Administration Assistant Reports to: Fundraising Manager - Individual Giving Mission:Support fundraising to promote mental health and the potential of individuals with intellectual disabilities, aligned with our clients values.

Qualifications and Experience Education: Certificate level, with understanding of social issues and donor relations.
Experience: Minimum of 3 months in a charity or related environment.
Skills: Proficient in CRM (Salesforce ideal), MS Office, particularly Excel.
Key Competencies Strong administrative skills, detail-oriented Experience in fundraising or sales team support Confident with donor communications, both written and phone Target-driven and organised Confidentiality: Strict adherence to privacy for client, staff, and charity information.
Job Purpose Enhance administrative capacity to secure support beyond traditional fundraising methods.
Key Responsibilities Manage donations and monthly setups in CRM Acknowledge donors and promote digital-only communications Support tax back campaign and general team administration Assist in office upkeep Performance Goals Accurate donation recording and processing Effective standing order follow-up Increase signed tax forms Promote digital transition, reducing paper and postage Ensure compliance with Charities Act 2009 and fundraising principles Active participation in team planning and meetings Terms & Conditions Contract: Temp to Permanent Hours: 35/week Salary: €35,000 Holidays: 25 days/year pro rata Location: Stillorgan, Co.
