Administrator, Business Support, Sligo The majority of responsibilities for this role are focused on back-office business support. Accountable for maintaining business functions and coordinating information between key parties. This is a Level 1 position where the role holder will be expected to perform a variety of administrative, operational, customer support, and computational tasks under supervision such as:
Record keeping and maintaining shared files. Report writing and data inputting. Correct use of systems, processes, and procedures. Process payments/invoices. Assist in liaising with stakeholders when necessary (e.g., authorities, parliament, driver, regional/central offices/staff, etc.) Assist with managing accounts, contracts, and vetting. Support with customer queries, escalating when necessary. Support ticketing/fares management.
