Office Administrator / PA Athlone Salary €35k plus benefits Our client are leaders in their sector and are now looking for an Office Lead / PA to provide autonomous, high-quality support to the Management Team and other staff, covering a variety of responsibilities and be responsible for all office management activities.
Main Duties: Be the first point of contact for welcoming and attending to visitors needs and be an ambassador for the company Arrange and co-ordinate internal and external meetings or video conferencing Assist the management team with travel requirements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations and all other travel related administration Monitor and control the follow up of action points Coordinate and manage the facilities and services for the office including liaison with third party providers Manage ID tags, issuing ID badges for permanent/fixed term employees Provide support to other areas of the business as required Support the business in office/building requirements as needed Look after facilities across the business including gas/electric, pest control and cleaning suppliers Set up new accounts where needed (i.e.
stationary, cleaning contracts) Assist the General Manager with various tasks There is a requirement to travel to external meetings on occasions Requirements: Qualification in business administration or similar an advantage Minimum of 3 years solid experience of working in an Office Administration / Exec PA role essential Experience of supporting multiple stakeholders essential Experience of working in a customer care, healthcare or patient focused environment desirable Ability to take meeting notes and minutes Excellent IT skills, including the ability to generate reports and us web, email, spreadsheets and other software applications.
A proven self-starter Have effective interpersonal organisational and communications skills Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently Excellent analytical and numerical skills Good planning and organisations skills and ability to meet strict deadlines Knowledge of event organisation Good attention to detail A personable and credible ambassador for the company Comfortable to take leadership Ability to show flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads with the ability to manage your workload Discretion and confidentiality Demonstrates drive, commitment and a desire to learn and progress Passionate and entrepreneurial Positive mental attitude Ability to travel Drivers licence required For more information please send your CV to Carol in confidence through the link.
