Administrator required for a public sector body in Carlow or Wexford Details: 35 Hours per week Monday - Friday Immediate start Monthly rolling contract €16.10 per hour Duties include: Uploading referrals to our data base Management of clinics Dealing with phone queries Booking of New patient appointment Ensuring all capacity is optimised Dealing with patient queries Liaising with internal and external colleagues Dealing with GP queries Job Requirements: 3 year administration or clerical experience.
Medical admin experience is desirable Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages and efficient in data entry.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills: excel IT Covax


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
