The Merrion, one of Dublin's finest luxury hotels, and a certified 'Great Place to Work', is recruiting for an experienced hotel  Concierge Administrator.  Centrally located in Dublin within easy reach of public transport, this role will offer you the opportunity to work in a beautiful hotel where the highest of standards are in place and where you have all the tools you need to do your job.

Working with a professional and welcoming Team you will be part of creating Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues.
Requirements :         Ideally administration work experience within a professional hospitality environment         Demonstrates an effective communication style, particularly whilst conversing by telephone.
        Fluent command of the English language.
        Guest focused, with a helpful, positive and 'can-do' attitude.
        Self-motivated and work with a sense of urgency, whilst demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
        Be an excellent team player whilst also showing the drive and enthusiasm to work on their own initiative.
        Highly proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/MS Outlook.
        Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to focus on tasks and produce results.
        Strong understanding of the importance of timely and accurate reporting.
        Excellent organizational and follow-up skills required.
