If so, FRS Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for you to join our clients team as an Assistant Director of Nursing ADON. Position Overview: As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents. Working closely with the Director of Nursing, you will assist in overseeing the nursing staff, developing care plans, and implementing policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance. Your leadership and clinical expertise will be instrumental in promoting a culture of excellence and fostering a supportive work environment. Responsibilities: Assist the Director of Nursing in managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department. Supervise and support nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for residents. Monitor resident health status and coordinate medical care as needed. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Conduct staff training and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in implementing best practices. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and providing compassionate care to seniors.
