Afterschool Coordinator

Little Scholars Montessori & Childcare are looking for an Afterschool Coordinator with an immediate start, based in Lusk Co.Dublin.

We are offering a part-time position of 26hrs & 15mins per week, Monday – Friday, 1.15pm-6.30pm with a daily break.

This role will be based within our Lusk service working with afterschool aged children from Junior Infants to Sixth class.

Salary: Competitive and based on experience

Roles & Responsibilities: To assist in the care of 24 max after schoolers To assist with school collections on foot Ensure the safety, security and well-being of all children in your care To provide the children a hot meal (food delivered fresh and needs heated) To work with the team on the structure of the classroom daily routine and functionality To be the deputy for the designated managerial classroom roles, such as First aid officer and all other mandated roles and be the deputy point of contact for the school (The manager and owner will be on hand to support as required)

Ideal Candidate: Childcare qualification (Desirable) Flexibility with your role A good understanding of child's development Passionate, energetic and caring HACCP, FAR First Aid, Manual Handling and Child protection (all desirable but not essential) Experience in a similar role For more information or to apply for this position please send your CV along with a cover letter to ******.
