€75k base + health + pension Fintech Industry North Dublin based Are you an experienced Agile Coach ready to make a real impact?
This is your chance to join a dynamic and innovative team that's redefining fintech solutions.
We're looking for a motivated and skilled individual to guide and inspire our teams across Europe.
What You'll Do: Facilitate Agile Excellence: Coach and guide up to five teams in Agile best practices, implementing and optimizing Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives across multiple teams.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Project Managers and Product Owners to align team activities with project goals, prioritize backlogs, and ensure clear communication of priorities.
Remove Barriers to Success: Identify and resolve obstacles that might block team progress.
Collaborate with other teams, departments, and external stakeholders to provide the resources and support teams need.
Support Team Leaders: Help Team Leads manage backlogs, refine user stories, and align tasks with business goals and customer needs.
Ensure consistency and clarity across all teams.
Promote Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of growth and learning by encouraging the adoption of best practices and driving initiatives to boost productivity, quality, and collaboration.
JIRA Champion: Leverage your expertise in JIRA to configure boards, manage backlogs, create workflows, and track project progress while ensuring transparency and efficiency.
What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operational domains (e.g., Network, End User Computing, Development, and Cloud).
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Extensive experience with JIRA.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with a broad cross-section of personnel.
A deep understanding of developing and operating highly critical systems.
