Position Highlights Location: Dublin, IrelandSalary: €29,700 + quarterly bonus, with a 25% pay increase for late shifts (22:00 - 02:00)Schedule: 40 hours per week, office-basedType: Permanent RoleImportant: Candidates must be fully eligible to work in Ireland (EU passport, Stamp 4, or Stamp 1G with at least 12 months remaining).
Your Role Create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs for a large language model (LLM).Generate realistic, context-driven prompts and responses.Maintain and improve annotation quality through clear guidelines.Provide feedback and insights for data quality and annotation processes.Research and apply best practices across domains such as Biology, Marketing, Computer Science, Psychology, and more!Ideal Candidate Profile Language Proficiency: High proficiency in English (C1 minimum).Education: University degree in relevant fields like Business, Medicine, or Social Sciences.Competencies:Strong data analysis skillsFamiliarity with social norms, media, and popular cultureExcellent communication and collaborative skillsAdaptive, analytical mindset for understanding large datasetsWhy Join Us?
