THE COMPANY Our end client is a leading technology firm renowned for its pioneering work in social networking, digital communication, and virtual reality. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join the team as AI Annotators for an exciting safety project.
POSITION OVERVIEW As an AI Annotator, you will play a crucial role in improving the safety and security of our AI systems. Working alongside our team of experts, you'll contribute to the development and refinement of cutting-edge algorithms aimed at enhancing user experience. This role offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of AI and contribute to meaningful projects that impact the lives of millions.
RESPONSIBILITIES Creating and reviewing pairs of questions and answers to improve our platform.Adding labels to data following specific rules.Checking the quality of our existing data and the performance of our machine learning tools.Ensuring our content is well-organized and easy to find by following guidelines.Conducting research to ensure accurate labeling.Providing feedback to improve our data annotation process.Exploring new ways to organize data and stay up-to-date with trends.QUALIFICATIONS Must-have: Fluency in English, both spoken and written - minimum C1 level proficiency.Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or higher – equivalent to the Irish NFQ Level 7/8.Not necessary: Previous experience – though it can be useful.Very technical background – any bachelor or equivalent degree would be fine. We embrace diversity and different approaches!COMPENSATION Base salary of €29,700 per year, with potential increments up to €39K based on shift pattern and performance-based bonuses (T&C apply).Free meals, snacks, and beverages on-site.Access to private healthcare.Pension contribution scheme after 12 months of service.TECHNICAL DETAILS LOCATION: Our office is located in Dublin South, offering a convenient and accessible workspace.WORK SCHEDULE: You'll work Monday to Friday, with occasional shifts on Bank Holidays to ensure coverage.FIXED SHIFT PATTERN: Day or Evening shift.
