As a Generative AI Annotator, you'll create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs to enhance a large language model (LLM). Your role includes generating realistic prompts, providing high-quality responses, and leveraging your English comprehension and expertise.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately annotate English data following predefined guidelines.Evaluate the quality of data resources, machine learning outputs, and internal tools.Develop and maintain guidelines for consistent, high-quality classification and content organization.Conduct basic research to ensure accurate annotations.Offer feedback to improve the data annotation process.Provide insights on patterns observed in the data.Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.CANDIDATE PROFILE The ideal candidate is experienced in handling fast-paced, high-pressure roles in dynamic environments. They should be client-oriented, enthusiastic, assertive, and motivated to improve large language models (LLMs). Strong data skills, excellent communication abilities, and a flexible, analytical mindset are essential. The candidate must be able to interpret large datasets accurately while following guidelines. Essential competencies needed for this role are: High Proficiency in English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR.Fluency in market language: TurkishEducational background, undergraduate university degree.
