We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Project Manager to join our Technology team in Dublin for leading the book of work for AI, ML, and ML Engineering teams.
In this role, you will oversee multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and are executed efficiently. Your leadership will be crucial in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality solutions that leverage AI and ML technologies.
What you will do: Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire portfolio of AI and ML projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and prioritization of initiatives based on business value.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success metrics. Develop and implement long-term strategies for the AI/ML portfolio.Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project managers and technical teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources across projects, balancing workloads and ensuring optimal team performance.Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Communicate project status, challenges, and opportunities effectively.Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with the portfolio of projects. Develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues.Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and performance metrics for projects. Regularly review progress and make data-driven adjustments to project plans as needed.Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices in project management and AI/ML methodologies. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the teams.What we will need from you: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Experience: 7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on AI, ML, or data-driven projects.
