Financial Planning & Analysis Manager About the Job: We are seeking a driven and analytical Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join a prestigious company in the aviation leasing sector. Key Responsibilities: Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead and support the company's financial planning by overseeing the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting efforts.Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including lease profitability, cost analysis, and cash flow projections, to provide critical insights for business decisions.Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain robust financial models to support lease transactions and fleet management, ensuring they are accurate and reflective of business needs.Management Reporting: Assist in preparing and presenting clear and actionable financial reports to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies across the business.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements within FP&A, driving efficiency and accuracy in financial planning.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
