The Airport Invoice Authoriser will work in a busy and demanding team environment within the wider Finance function of Ryanair.
The role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates to work alongside one of aviation's most successful Finance teams and is a great first step for a future career in Ryanair or for someone looking to move into the finance function.
Responsibilities Include: Maintenance of Airport contracts within the contract maintenance system Authorisation of Airport invoices with responsibility over a portfolio of airports Invoice authorisation to meet weekly/monthly payment cycle Monthly reconciliations Review and analysis of Airport costs for use in budgeting and forecasting Assist in resolving payment queries with suppliers Ad-hoc duties & projects Requirements Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Strong attention to detail, analytical, interpretative, numerical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines All candidates should be self-motivated, flexible and dynamic with good communication skills.
