Alarm Control Room Operator

Role: Alarm Control Room Operator Location – Dublin 24 Shift work – 12 hour shifts – 4 days over 7.  Salary – €36k – €40k  Role requirements:  Monitor alarms, CCTV, and other security systems in real-time. Assess and respond to alarms or incidents following established procedures. Dispatch security personnel or contact emergency services when necessary. Log all incidents, alarms, and responses accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and emergency responders. Perform regular system checks to ensure functionality and reliability of equipment. Provide excellent customer service to clients and answer any security-related inquiries. Candidate Requirements:

Prior experience in a control room or alarm monitoring environment preferred. Strong ability to stay calm and focused under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Basic computer skills; familiarity with alarm monitoring software is a plus. Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. OB22
