Mac Alarms Ltd is fully licensed by the Private Security Authority (License Number 00491).
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Alarm Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of fire systems for both residential and commercial clients.
This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and repair fire alarm systems in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.
Conduct thorough testing and inspections of installed systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Provide on-call support as part of a rotational schedule to address emergency service requests.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and system documentation.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in security technology and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations during service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in installing and maintaining fire alarm systems.
Strong technical knowledge of various fire system brands and models.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in electronic security systems are advantageous.
