Role Summary: Manage broker relationships in the Southeast/Midwest Region of Ireland, working mainly remotely with occasional office attendance.
You will drive growth and retention, align with Allianz's strategic goals, and enhance broker relationships through proactive management.
Key Responsibilities: Maximize growth and retention with brokers.
Develop and implement strategic plans.
Maintain productive relationships with key brokers.
Deliver optimal outcomes in target segments.
Conduct performance reviews of broker relationships.
Analyse broker data for performance improvement.
Promote the Allianz brand and provide market feedback.
Drive continuous customer experience improvements.
Required Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience in General Insurance.
CIP (Certified Insurance Professional) qualification.
Proven track record of achieving goals.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Knowledge of commercial lines products.
Full driving licence.
Desirable Criteria: 1+ years experience in Customer Relationship Management (Commercial).
Experience in Sales with a proven track record.
Familiarity with local regulatory requirements.
Relevant third level or postgraduate degree.
