Aml Specialist Vp

Job title: VP AML Specialist Location: Dublin Hybrid Model Mid Jan 2025 Until 15th October 2025 Fantastic opportunity to join one of our amazing clients, a global leading banking firm in Dublin.
In this role, you will join the AML Transfer Agency team, with a strong focus on the EMEA market. In this role you will serve as a subject matter expert in AML practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities: Lead team of AML subject matter experts in completing the Luxembourg AML periodic review backlog for 2023 from a regulatory perspective and completing the 2024 periodic review to meet regulatory requirements.Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients with regard to progress on the periodic review and managing escalations.Act as point of escalation for Fund MLROs and Fund Boards working with Client's Product partners to identify solutions for clients.Provide direction on complex cases to team members, liaising with fund MLROs and clients as required.Act as an escalation point to review high-risk accounts from an AML perspective.Act as key contact for internal compliance partners with regard to procedures and regulatory requirements as they apply to periodic reviews.
Requirements:

8+ years experience in TA AMLProven ability to manage a team and track deliverablesExperience of working with internal stakeholders to deliver client solutionsExperience of liaising with Fund MLROs and Fund Boards related to ongoing monitoring of investors.Knowledge of Luxembourg AML regulations an advantage.
