Analyst - Funds Operations - Investment Funds Income

Your area of work Joining the Investment funds asset servicing team based in Cork, you will be responsible for all operations related to Investment Funds Income processing for domestic and off-shore investment funds accepted in Clearstream.
Your responsibilities Collect dividend information and notify customers accordinglyUpon receipt of dividend cash distribute the corresponding cash amounts to customers as per their entitlementPrepare and distribute tax vouchersEnsure a proper cash and securities reconciliationHandle customer queries relating to the aforementioned tasksSupport any other tasks related to IFS projectsYour profile University degree and/or a comparable qualificationAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlinesMinimum one year's experience working in the funds industryService orientation with excellent telephone, communication and analytical skillsStrong problem-solving skills, accuracy, ability to work independently and as a part of a team in an international environmentDedication, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profileNOTE: This job description is not all-inclusive.
