HR Administrator - LIMERICK - Contract: 13 Months (Extendable)- Work Arrangements: (Hybrid) 3 days in office, 2 days remote- Rate: €18ph PAYE Role Overview:Support the administration of HR programs, services, and processes across a multi-country region.
Interact with employees at all levels to answer HR-related questions and resolve issues in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
This role spans operations in 10 countries and involves various HR activities.Key Responsibilities:Address employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, processes, and systems across multiple channels (e.g., email, phone, case management).
Promote self-service tools and escalate complex issues as needed.Present a professional, customer-focused image of the company and provide proactive updates to employees and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.Process HR requests, including organizational changes, compensation adjustments, leave requests, and other data updates, handling both routine and complex cases.Manage HR operational tasks such as generating reports, conducting background checks, and supporting new hire onboarding.Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) for all activities and tasks.Keep functional documentation current and participate in user acceptance testing for new systems or system updates.Skills/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in human resources preferred.Strong customer service and client relationship skills.Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
