Responsibilities:Manage and execute control points for the oversight of vendor governance.Responsibility for completion of Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with internal stakeholders and execution of a robust vendor governance plan.Support and manage projects in line with Service Delivery needs. Represent SD in cross-functional or cross-partner projects. Provide insights to support cross-functional projects and vendor management.Verify repositories, dashboards, and databases are accurate.Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with vendors to ensure open communication and proactive problem resolution.
