About Aon Global Risk Consulting – Life Sciences Aon Global Risk Consulting (AGRC) is the consulting division within Aon Commercial Risk Solutions.
While companies all face many of the same challenges and opportunities, every industry is different and requires dedicated expertise.
AGRC's Industry Verticals are tasked with delivering Aon's consulting solutions with an industry focus.
From early-stage biotechnology start-ups to large multinational pharmaceutical, our Life Sciences Consulting team brings sector knowledge and expertise to our clients.
AGRC's Life Sciences Industry Vertical works closely with some of the largest organizations in the world to deliver solutions to challenges and access to opportunities created by risk.
What the day will look like The Graduate Programme will commence in Summer 2025 (typically August) and has been designed to identify and support the development of key future talent.
As such, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate a genuine interest, drive and potential to build a lasting career at Aon.

Being involved in our risk and consulting operations, through on-the-job learning opportunities and participation in global consulting and risk finance projectsExperiencing the full lifecycle of our consulting business — from winning new business, financial modelling and business planning to delivering workshops and reportsFocusing on developing industry expertise and learning more about the risks of global organizations and how they are managedDeveloping client-management skills and building relationships with a broad spectrum of peopleWorking with key business leaders across our insurance, finance, compliance and risk consulting groupsHow this opportunity is different Your learning and development will be fast-paced and hands-on, giving you the technical knowledge and client management skills you need to succeed.
You will be assigned a mentor at the beginning of your career who will meet with you regularly — both during your initial training and beyond — to ensure your career path is on track for success.

During the graduate programme, you will be encouraged to explore opportunities across the business in a wide breadth of areas.

Many of our graduates continue their professional training and development while working towards successful careers as consultants and advisors managing their own clients.

Applicants will have achieved (or be on track to achieve) a third level degree; all disciplines are welcomeExperience (or internship) in Consulting, Audit, Risk Management, or Insurance roles is desirableWilling to travel to other European locations during the placement, to take part in various projects and training eventsNumeracy and analytical abilitiesOutstanding verbal and written communication skills (English language); any other major language is a plusComfortable interacting with colleagues and stakeholders of all levels within an organizationProficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular PowerPoint and ExcelInternational experience is a plus.
