Apleona Ireland Limited | Facility Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager to lead our team on our client's state of the art medical manufacturing plant just outside Cork City.
You will manage an excellent team across both hard and soft services on-site, delivering a best in class service to our client.
The Role Oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall functionality of all facilities.
Ensure all utilities (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
are operating efficiently.
Negotiate contracts with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Coordinate office layout, space planning, and moves to optimize the use of space.
Ensure the facility meets all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, fire safety, and environmental standards.
Implement green initiatives such as energy-saving programs and recycling policies.
Prepare reports on financial performance, facility conditions, and capital projects.
Our Facilities Manager Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years experience in facilities management, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in FM software and MS Office.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and external vendors.
