Appian Developer - Dublin - Hybrid On behalf of our client, a global leader in the insurance industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Low Code Developer (100%) to join their team.
This position offers the flexibility of being based in either Dublin, with a focus on developing and optimizing software solutions using Low Code Platforms .
You will work closely with global business stakeholders and IT teams, driving innovation in workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and management of automated workflow solutions, primarily using Appian (experience with UiPath is a plus).
Oversee production systems, ensuring performance is maintained, compliance with ITSM and change procedures, and high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
Take the initiative on innovation projects , including proofs-of-concept, pilots, and the implementation of hyperautomation and AI-driven solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to both developers and citizen developers working on the Appian platform.
Ideal Qualifications: A degree in IT or a related field.
Strong English communication skills with a proven ability to drive process optimization and simplification.
5+ years of experience building workflow solutions using the Appian platform.
Appian Level 1 & Level 2 certifications .
Experience with ITSM , production system monitoring, impact analysis, debugging, and defect resolution.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Azure DevOps environment.
Additional Preferred Skills: Experience with UiPath for RPA development.
Familiarity with the Azure cloud ecosystem .
Experience with Selenium for test automation.
Python programming experience.
Understanding of French is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment .
