The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Exceptional communication skills – have you the ability to delight our customer at every opportunity however small the query may be?Exceptional standards of personal presentation and grooming which always reflect the company's corporate image.Previous experience in customer facing hospitality or retail and customer servicePassionate about customer service and careExceptional oral & written communication skillsThe ability to build up customer trust by ensuring all information about their Porsche is delivered accurately, allowing them to make informed decisions on what their Porsche requires.Ensure that all work requested has been carried out, communicated to the customer, and costed appropriately.
An ability to absorb and understand technical data and explain it to our customers in a manner they can understand.Computer literate - to be able to record / amend customer details accurately and articulately.
Ability to work under pressure and remain calm - to handle discerning customers in an empathetic way to ensure all problems are resolved effectively.
Accuracy in detailing customer requirements on job cards / invoiceProactively follow up and provide feedback to customers on the status of their vehicle.Excellent organisational skills This is a fantastic career opportunity to train as a Service/Warranty Advisor with Ireland's largest motor retail group.
Successful candidates will complete a minimum of six months structured and comprehensive training.
Job Requirements: To be the focal and experienced point of contact for Porsche customers requiring servicing, repair or warranty work to their vehicles.Managing the flow of information between the workshop, the warranty team, the rest of the Dealership and the customer whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times.To manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate.Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.Calculate workshop capacity insuring that all details are entered onto the service workshop loading system.Manage the handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles.
Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.Manage any necessary liaison with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction.
Follow up in line with dealership procedures.Understand and adhere to manufacturer brand service requirements.Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the dealership.Maintain product knowledge on the full Porsche range.Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.

During this programme, you will receive comprehensive training in the Joe Duffy Group process, database management, marketing, customer service and everything you will require to have a successful career in Aftersales.
During this training, the emphasis is on learning and developing your skills, being mentored, observing experienced service/warranty advisors, classroom and brand training.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate strong customer service, telesales, retail sales or customer contact experience.
You do not need to have motor experience, but have a desire and understanding of the motor trade.
