Architect

Our Client is currently recruiting for Experienced Architect, BIM/REVIT Technician and Project Managers, A large Project Manager and Consulting Engineers in Cork who are constantly growing and are looking for multiple candidates!
Qualifications, Skills: * A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably with a focus on life sciences or pharmaceutical projects.
* In-depth understanding of the Irish Building Regulations and their application.
* Experience may include roles in consultancy, contracting, or client-side positions.
* Comprehensive understanding of project phases, team roles, and standard industry methodologies and procedures.
* Ability to effectively operate within a multidisciplinary team setting, delivering precise work within stringent project timelines.
* Capable of planning, organizing, and executing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Experience in preparing contract documents and managing projects is advantageous.
* Ability to perform tasks in alignment with our Quality Management System * Proficient in using Revit software.
