An award-winning, design-led architectural studio in Dublin city is seeking a talented and ambitious Architect to join their team. While they prefer a Registered Architect (RIAI/RIBA), applications from Graduate Architects with 3+ years of experience who are working towards professional qualification are also welcome. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of medium - largescale residential projects Participate in all project phases, from initial design and documentation to construction on site Ensure residential developments comply with current industry regulations Utilise strong design, presentation, technical, and communication skills throughout project lifecycles. Ideal Candidate: Registered RIAI Architect with 3-5 years of post-professional experience Proven experience in delivering medium to large-scale residential projects, from inception to completion Strong design acumen, technical proficiency, and excellent communication and organisational skills Previous on-site experience is essential Comprehensive knowledge of Irish Planning, Building Regulations, and Building Control Legislation Passion for excellence and openness to innovative thinking High proficiency in Revit, with knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
