Architectural Revit Technician - Blackrock, DublinOffice/Project Location: Blackrock, DublinEmployment Type: PermanentWork Location: Office Based / HybridPay: €40k - €60k per year Experience: 1+yearVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur Client is a medium sized Architectural practice committed to innovative and specialised design and have a wide portfolio of projects ranging from healthcare to residential to educationPreparing documents to help with planning permission and similar approvalsEnsuring all drawings and details are compliant with client and project specification, Relevant building regulations and design standards and consultant's requirementsGenerate and manage technical submittals and registersTeam members, incorporating details into production drawingsLiaise with Design Teams to clarify the scope of deliverablesRequirementsDegree in Architectural Technology or equivalentRelevant experience / qualifications in REVIT - modelling, 3D design / AutoCADUnderstanding of construction and detailingAbility to work within a team, to formulate and communicate ideas.Excellent graphic and presentational skills – photoshop, sketch up, hand drawing etc.Excellent desktop publishing / office / word capability.1 years+ work experience in a relevant architectural consultancyPackageSalary 40k-60k based experience, negotiable for the right candidates.Attractive benefits package
