Architectural Technologist - Education/Healthcare Projects

Are you an Architectectural Technologist with 5+ years experience developing projects from inception to site?This role is a permananent role based in Limerick.Architectural Technologist - Education/Healthcare Projects - LimerickOur Client has been based in Limerick for over thirty years.
They work on a variety of projects across mutliple sectors, which include, commercial, education, healthcare, conservation and residential projects.The successful candidates will be involved in a number of projects at various stages, which may include an element of site based work.Requirements5+ years post-graduation experience, working on developing projects from inception to site.
Strong design and detailing experience with excellent technical and site / knowledgeExperience working with Irish Building and Planning Regulations,Experience of preparing planning, tender and construction details and documentationExperience working on healthcare projects would be beneficialDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Excellent teamwork and communicationAbility to use initiative and have excellent problem-solving abilitiesRevit capability and site experience are desirable.Public project experience would be benficialPackageSalary negotiable based on experience.
