Architectural Technologist – Renewable Energy Consultancy Our client, an innovative renewable energy consultancy, is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team in Wicklow.
This hybrid role offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to impactful, sustainability-focused projects.
With a strong emphasis on preparing planning applications, familiarity with this process is essential.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and submit detailed planning applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurate.
- Collaborate with architects and clients to develop and refine design concepts.
- Produce high-quality technical drawings using Revit (essential) and CAD (desirable).
- Manage projects from concept through to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and planning regulations.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and local authorities to facilitate project progression.
Requirements: - Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the industry, with experience on medium to large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects (desirable).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit (essential) and knowledge of CAD (desirable).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with BCAR and current building regulations.
- Skills: Excellent detailing skills, a strong work ethic, and good interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
- Transport: Candidates must have their own transport due to the office location's accessibility.
