We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Industry Area Manager to oversee multiple client sites in Limerick & Clare .
You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure high service standards, and lead a team, all while providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage client accounts, ensuring service quality and resolving issues quickly.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of +200 cleaning professionals.
Oversee operations, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.
Manage budgets, track performance, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience: 2-3 years' management experience in the cleaning or facilities industry with a focus on GMP.
Fluent English (both written and verbal).
Strong leadership , organizational , and communication skills .
Full driving licence Ability to work flexibly with travel across multiple sites.
