At the head of all activity spheres in his sector, the Area Manager is a mentor to the operations supervisors, enabling them to serve customers and improve operational performance, surpassing the objectives of the strategic operations plan. He is primarily responsible for the daily management system health of his sector.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, he will optimize operational performance across all shifts, based on proven and established operational standards of his sector. By leading by example, he will become the coach and mentor of the supervisors, enabling them to improve key performance indicators (KPI), ensuring the development and adherence to a strong culture in OHS, good manufacturing practices, and HACCP.
