Our driven and successful Dublin based sales team is looking for an experienced Account Manager to help retain and grow our portfolio of customers.
Reporting into the National Sales Manager, this is a field-based sales role, covering counties Cork, Waterford, Kerry, Tipperary and Limerick from where you will ideally need to be based.
You will directly target end user businesses to introduce Ted Ltd as a complete supplies' solution, selling a wide range of industrial, PPE and engineering related supplies and solutions.

What are we looking for?We're looking for problem solvers with a strong, demonstrable track record in sales.
You must be able to organise your time and priorities and have the tenacity to find win-win solutions.
You'll be collaborating with various stakeholders so excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt, and influence is vital.
Role RequirementsPrevious area/field sales experience is essential, with a demonstrable sales success in new business development.Experience gained within the Engineering/Industrial Supplies or MRO market is highly desirable.Strong communication, rapport and demonstrable relationship building skills.The ideal candidate will be a positive, outgoing and a self-motivated individual.A full and valid driving licence is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the primary point of contact for our customers within your region; we'll give you the freedom to be the difference.Create and execute plan to develop relevant product groups for individual sites within account portfolio.Set appropriate call plan.Understand competitors in the market within individual customers.Promote relevant product campaigns and discounts.Grow and maintain existing contracts, and accounts by securing new business contracts.Use your sales experience to develop new business relationships.Work closely with our in-house technical experts to help you provide tailored solutions.Achieve defined sales targets whilst maintaining profitability levels.Ensure customers are aware of the company's extensive product range and identifying leads for further business opportunities.To manage the region efficiently and to utilise the time effectively to achieve the maximum results possible.Qualifications & SkillsExcellent communications skills (inc. verbal, written, listening, commercial and negotiation skills)Excellent IT skills including comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPointExperience with Salesforce and Power BI (advantageous)Experience in account management and/or regional salesAccount management and relationship buildingDistribution industry experienceValid driving licence
