Area Sales Manager

THE COMPANY: This well-established construction manufacturer provides a range of construction materials and now seeks a new Area Sales Manager to cover Connacht and Munster. Their products are commonly specified on some of the best building projects around and they are among the market leaders generating turnover in the hundreds of millions each year. THE ROLE: As the successful Territory Sales Manager, you will be selling a range of cement products to both Tier 1+2 Contractors and Builders Merchants. This role will have new business involved as well as managing and growing the existing accounts. You will have the opportunity to sell the product to be used for both residential and commercial projects. You will spend 4 days a week on the road and 1 day working from home. FOR THIS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER POSITION, WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: 5 years+ construction sales experience, ideally with experience selling to tier 1+2 contractors Engaging, structured, driven, confident character Strong sales process THE PACKAGE: €65-70K Base Salary 10% Annual Bonus Fully expensed company car Pension Healthcare 25 days holidays LOCATION: - Galway, Clare, Tipperary, Cork, Mayo - other locations on patch may also be considered BMS Performance specialises in recruiting sales professionals, nationally.
