Field Area Sales Manager - Galway - Permanent
As an Area Sales Manager, you will not only be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, but also for leading and motivating a team of experienced professional drivers who deliver our products and services in your assigned territory.
Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customersPromoting and selling our products and services in your assigned territoryAchieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIsProviding excellent after-sales service and supportIdentifying new business opportunities and generating leadsNegotiating contracts and closing dealsReporting on sales activities and market trendsWorking closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction to include our Lubricants & Fuel card Divisions.Leading and motivating a team of drivers to support the sales strategy of being number one in our territories for customer serviceGrowing our sales through acquiring new customers and retaining existing onesReviewing Aged Debts reports with Credit Control Manager.Maintaining Group credit policies in the business.Requirements:
