Area Sales Manager Hospitality Industry Limerick, Ireland Up to £50,000 + Commission (Flexible Depending On Experience) Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 We have an exciting opportunity to become a key team member of a leading Sales team in the hospitality industry.
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for the account management and growth of the business in the Kerry, Limerick and Clare region.
You will also be responsible for the achievement of turnover, profit margin targets and GP % percentage targets for accounts in your territory.
This is a field-based sales role and would be ideal for a Sales Manager keen to pursue a career in a face to face sales.

Experience within the FMCG, hotel or restaurant sector is highly desirable.
Knowledge of hotel cosmetics and general products within the hotel bedroom space.
Experience developing and executing tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives.
Highly organised and strong effective time management skills.
Has demonstrated leadership qualities.
Highly competent and computer literate with all Microsoft Office system.
Experience required with utilising sales database tracking programs.
Strong negotiating skills and capacity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Equally strong listening skills.
Highly customer focused.
Highly efficient.
Ability to set policies and remain flexible when customer conditions require.
Responsibilities: Accountable for the growth and development of sales within a set area.
Complete monthly review meetings to discuss pipeline activity.
Develop strong relationships within your customer base.
Continuous focus, action and target setting for new business.
Accountable for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in co-ordination with the Company's strategic plan.
Establishes, in co-ordination with the Area business lead, both market and target customer strategies for the Company.
Responsible for the successful sales growth in line with the Company's objective, overall business plans and strategies.
Contribution to the company S&OP meetings by supplying demand forecast data.
This will cover areas such as new business wins, pipeline activity, range introductions and upgrades, special offer promotions and discontinued ranges.
Expected to be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
Assists with profitable Product Development in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and the Commercial teams.
Maintain appropriate data and information on the company CRM system (Salesforce).
Co-ordinate customer events, exhibitions, and special events throughout the year.
