We are currently recruiting for an Area Support Manager to join Grosvenor Services as part of our talented Operations team.
This is an exciting, fast-paced role  overseeing service delivery while supporting our on site team.
Some key elements of the role are outlined below: Benefits: Company vehicle provided for efficient travel between client sites Fuel card to cover travel expenses related to job duties Laptop and mobile phone provided for professional use Automatic enrollment in our new health care package 20 days of paid holiday per year Company car Employee assistance program Schedule: Monday to Friday   Key Result Areas / Accountabilities:           Customer Satisfaction - Standards, relationship development and Management           A reliable, responsive, efficient, consistent, productive, operating system on site           The Health and Safety of staff on site           Staff Performance           Full trained and inducted staff to the correct standard on site - onboarding           Escalation - 1st POC     Main Duties:            Visiting client sites on an agreed-scheduled basis.
           Monitoring (Quality) standards to ensure operating models are in accordance with cleaning standards            Following up on any client concerns            Completing ISO and HSEQ documentation            Monitoring the storage & security of cleaning equipment and materials            Monitoring staff performance and standards - identifying Training & development needs.
    Completing face to face mandatory checks and induction of staff to include employee sign up.
Completing on site induction and training of new staff - machinery, colour coding, COSHH   Person Profile           Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a customer facing role            Soft Services / Technical skills            Leadership skills            Confident communication skills            Solutions focused.
           Attention to detail.
           Highly organised individual Must posess a full clean driving licence Grosvenor Services is an equal-opportunity employer
