Armont Recruitment have partnered with a leading medical organisation seeking an ambitious accounts payable professional to join their expanding finance team based in south Dublin.
This role offers the opportunity to join a market leading business at a time of growth, process/system improvement and the role will provide progression within the business.
The role will suit an experienced accounts payable professional with over 4 years in AP and has experience of leading implementation projects.
The Role Lead Accounts Payable systems implementation project Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuing accuracy and timely payments Vendor reconciliations and payment management Build and maintain relationships with vendors to resolve payment issues and inquiries Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders Assist in external audits providing necessary document and evidence The Candidate Minimum of 4 years+ accounts payable experience Accounts Payable system implementation/project leadership experience Ability to work in fast paced and high-volume environment Strong knowledge of MS Office Experience in SAGE or similar ERP system desirable The Rewards Salary range, up to €44,000 Pension Healthcare Hybrid working Flexible working hours Parking Skills: Accounts Payable AP Accounts Payable Analyst Projects Benefits: Pension Healthcare Hybrid Working Parking
