They are seeking a Group Financial Accountant to work in a dynamic, multi-site, cross-border organisation, supporting critical financial processes and contributing to the companys growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities: Group Consolidation: Manage monthly group consolidations, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation with management accounts.
Audit Oversight: Lead group and statutory audits, consolidating divisional results for reporting to senior leadership.
Reporting: Prepare covenant reports, statutory accounts, and financial reports for stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Develop and refine systems and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
Collaboration: Work closely with divisional teams across multiple sites, ensuring alignment and compliance.
Key Qualifications and Skills: Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
Expertise in FRS 102 and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
Proven track record in managing external audits and statutory accounts preparation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
Experience in multi-site or manufacturing environments (preferably within the food industry).
Desirable: Familiarity with multi-currency operations.
Background in consolidation and group statutory reporting.
