HR Business Partner Artemis Human Capital is delighted be working in partnership with a long-established, highly-innovative and market-leading business in the recruitment of a Stand-Alone HR Business Partner for their premise based of 100 employees in County Kerry.
As HR Business Partner, you will undertake a strategic/operational role in working closely with the company's leadership and management to drive business success through all aspects of HR whilst maintaining the existing company culture of championing success, collaboration and innovation.
What will you receive as HR Business Partner?
Up to €42,000 dependent upon experience On-site parking Sick Pay Company Pension Ongoing support from a HR Consultancy Opportunity to work in an collaborative and inclusive environment Career progression opportunities What will you do as HR Business Partner?
Manage the full end to end recruitment process to attract new and retain existing employees Work alongside Senior Management to ensure that all HR policies, procedures and strategies align with the overall company vision.
Act as an advisor on all employee relations issues ie.
leading on investigations and managing on disciplinary/grievance cases.
Oversee and monitor performance management activities ie.
provide guidance to managers on performance appraisals on methods to enhance an employee's performance.
Revise and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with changes in employee legislation and company initiatives.
Organise and execute on company employee engagement initiatives/events ie.
company wellbeing events or team-bonding exercises.
Monitor levels of engagement through HR Metrics ie.
carrying out employee engagement surveys.
What would you require as HR Business Partner?
Possess a minimum of 3-4 years HR Generalist experience Experienced in managing recruitment processes, scheduling training and partaking employee relations issues.
Skilled in creating and implementing HR Policies/Procedures, devising employee engagement initiatives and developing HR Strategies.
Proficient in utilising HR Systems Obtained a Degree in HR or similar discipline Preferable to have achieved a CIPD Qualification or equivalent HR qualification How to apply to this HR Business Partner position?
