Lavelle Partners LLP are looking for an Asset & Debt Recovery Solicitor to join their team, based in Dublin 2, where the ideal candidate will have at least two years' post-qualification experience.
Key responsibilities: Advising financial institutions and credit servicing companies in mortgage litigation, asset recovery and enforcement of security.
Managing a high-volume, fast-moving workload.
Excellent administration skills which demonstrate an eye for detail and an ability to organise, manage and prioritise work.
Managing litigation caseload in all courts to include drafting pleadings, liaising with counsel and management of case files to conclusion.
Working independently and with senior department members on a variety of litigation matters.
Interpreting, analysing and advising clients on relevant case law and legislation.
Management of the client relationship.
Key skills and experience: Minimum of two years' post-qualification experience in Asset & Debt Recovery.
Highly organised with a proven ability to manage a busy caseload.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept at managing client relations.
